Abstract: Pediatrics intraventricular meningiomas are rare poor prognosis tumors with reported incidence of 0.5-5% of all meningiomas. Presentation is in the form of raised ICP ; therefore the definite diagnosis is based on neuroimaging studies and histopathology.
