Data

BIP! currently contains data for more than 281M research works. For each work, the database includes metadata such as its DOI, title, author list, publication year, and venue, as well as its citations. All metadata are used to support the operation of the BIP! Services. Citation data are used to construct a comprehensive citation network of the research works stored in the database, on top of which the provided citation-based impact indicators are calculated. The majority of the metadata collected for each work (including the citations) are collected from the OpenAIRE Graph ; currently, the second level topics from OpenAlex are used for discipline classification of research works.

BIP! NDR Dataset. The BIP! NDR (No DOI Refs) dataset includes millions of citations exracted from thousands of Computer Science conference or workshop papers that, according to DBLP, lack DOIs. It is available at 10.5281/zenodo.7962019

All impact indicators calculated by BIP! can be retrieved via the interface below or via our public API .
