Abstract: The dataset concerns the deliberate learning practices of new venture founders in Norway, as well as a self-evaluation of their expertise in key aspects of entrepreneurship. The methodology used was survey research, and the data were collected through an on-line questionnaire. The dataset consists of a sample of founders from the population of limited-liability firms incorporated in Norway in 2018.
