Abstract: DESY-HERA. Measurement of cross section for the production of energetic neutrons in collisions of 27.5 GeV positrons with 920 GeV protons. The data contains a sample of 40 pb-1 in the DIS region and 6 pb-1 in the photoproduction region. The data were collected in the 2000 running period. Double differential cross sections in XL and PT are presented plus the results of an exponential fit in PT**2.
