Abstract: A collection of halide perovskite photonic applications are reviewed. The most recent experiments along with the most widely employed theoretical methodologies are discussed, and a perspective about future potential applications is reported. Significant experiments are discussed with a focus on the relationship between the nanostructure and light-emission characteristics of a material.
