Abstract: Intraneuronal neurofibrillary tangles composed of Tau aggregates have been widely accepted as an important pathological hallmark of Alzheimer's disease. Liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) of Tau can lead to its aggregation, and Tau aggregation can then be enhanced by zinc.
