Abstract: This article describes an experimental protocol to obtain in vivo macroscopic measures of the cardiac electrical activity in a canine heart coupled with simulations done using macroscopic models of the canine myocardium. Electrical propagation simulations are conducted along with preliminary qualitative comparisons.
