Abstract:

This scientific paper aims to highlight some practical proposals to solve the problems of the continued survival of the beneficiaries of the waqf within the circle of the needy, not participating in the waqf and the survival of the beneficiaries dependent on the waqf , especially the beneficiaries of university education, where it is assumed that their benefit from the moratorium has qualified them to be productive in society. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is: the importance of universities adopting a practical policy to turn the beneficiaries of the waqf to stand, in order to ensure the continuation of the moratorium and its non-interruption; and this through the organization of the university waqf from adherence to the conditions of the standing and ending the conditions of the arrested; and the need to benefit from modern applications that help in the development of the university waqf ; as well as recommend to the researchers the importance of raising awareness to turn the beneficiaries of the waqf to active in the area of waqf , even if at a minimum, the subject is further increased through field scientific research.
