Experiences of individuals with blindness or visual impairment during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in Hungary

Abstract: The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and the measures of social distancing and national lockdown had a significant impact on everyday life. Individuals with BVI (blindness and visual impairment) are assumed to face increased barriers in numerous domains of their lives. Respondents accounted for negative impacts of the lockdown on their participation and independence in all research topics.
