Abstract: The dataset for this study contains clinical variables of the patients with prepregnancy hypopituitarism (at least two pituitary hormones requiring substitutive treatment) and confirmed pregnancy. Briefly, information of the following variables was collected: pituitary disease and treatment, fertility, clinical assessment during pregnancy, pregnancy and neonatal outcomes.
