Abstract: The scripts and simulation model output data contained here accompany the paper entitled: "COVID-19 in low-tolerance border quarantine systems: impact of the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2" by Zachreson et al. The set of files Quarantine_ABM_2021_01_01 contains source code and model output for an agent-based model of disease transmission within quarantine facilities. The set of files Branching_process_outbreak_model contains source code for simulating transmission clusters seeded by the output of the quarantine model.
