Abstract: During the webinar, AtlantECO presented its standard "base protocols" for the genetic and imaging analysis of ocean microbiomes in an effort to spread their use on board third party cruises and marine stations bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Following the presentation of two sampling "kits", discussions will revolve around our capacity building strategy and the challenges ahead.
