Abstract: Accurate and efficient source analysis in electro- and magnetoencephalography using sophisticated realistic head geometries requires advanced numerical approaches. This paper presents DUNEuro, a free and open-source C++ software toolbox for the numerical computation of forward solutions in bioelectromagnetism.
