Abstract: En el sur de la Península Ibérica existen yacimientos calcolíticos con colecciones de pequeños guijarros que no parecen herramientas de trabajo. Estas pequeñas piedras aparecen en contextos funerarios. Normalmente son alargadas, y muestran erosión fluvial. A veces conservan restos de pintura roja. Sus rasgos y contextos permiten interpretarlos como microbetilos
