Abstract: This study seeks to assess the strategic human resources management practices of Ethiopian private commercial banks. The study adopts a probabilistic research method approach. Specifically, the study adopted the survey method using a population of seven banks and 7,308 employees. The head office of each bank was purposively sampled.
