Abstract: Conversion of chemical contamination in fish muscle is often based on empirical conversion factors. This dataset gather individual conversion factors in 17 fish and one cephalopod species sampled in the English Channel during CAMANOC survey in autumn 2014. Biological parameters (length, C/N ratio and trophic level) were considered as potential driver of the variability in conversion factor and are provided in the dataset.
