Abstract: This paper describes briefly the software developed for Library B of Thrace University during 1977–1979. The machine‐readable catalogue of the library is in MARC II format, and for the most part is supplied by the Selective Record Service of the British Library on subscription. A small part of the MARC cataloguing is done locally using XANMARC.
