Abstract: The electromagnetic scattering from elongated, arbitrarily shaped, open-ended cavities have been studied extensively over the years. In this paper we introduce the fast encapsulating domain decomposition (EDD) scheme for the analysis of radar cross section (RCS) of such open-ended cavities.
