Abstract: The benefits of the cooperation of industry and universities in the domain of scientific research are obvious for all of us. But the programming and the development of such a cooperation is quite a difficult task as the implementation of a research spirit in enterprises themselves is certainly one of the most difficult issues. To start such a cooperation, some necessary prerequisites have to be well understood. Among them, with a predominant role, is the creation of mutual trust and spirit of cooperation.
