Abstract: The purpose of this chapter is to establish the guidelines for higher education in communication and diplomacy, particularly in the context of public and organisational diplomacy. A web search engine request was developed to identify higher education courses and professional training in diplomacy. The information collected was used in the systematic observation of the existing programmes that include the word diplomacy in their designation to benchmark the European educational offer.
